Eric Robuck
Eric Robuck is a cybersecurity powerhouse with over 20 years of experience in the field. As the founder and owner of The Valander Group, he leads a team of elite business experts who are dedicated to delivering top-notch cybersecurity solutions to business owners.
Eric's military background as a Warrant Officer focused on information technology and security has honed his expertise in handling even the most complex cybersecurity challenges. With a deep understanding of programming, database design, electronic information transfer, and project management, Eric is well-equipped to develop and implement effective cybersecurity strategies for his clients.
Eric's list of professional certifications is impressive, including the CISSP, CEH, Security+, and AWS Practitioner. He has also pursued advanced education with master's work in Cybersecurity and leadership in Cyber Security, constantly striving to enhance his skills and knowledge.
In addition to his expertise in cybersecurity, Eric is also a passionate educator. He teaches Cybersecurity, Programming, and Database Design at Alvernia University, sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.
When he's not working or teaching, Eric can be found spending quality time with his family or hitting the links to stay active on the golf course. Eric's diverse skillset, impressive track record, and dedication to his clients make him a valuable asset in the world of cybersecurity, where businesses trust him to keep their information safe from cyber threats.
John Robinson
John started his first business when he was eight years old and has had a strong entrepreneurial spirit ever since. During his career, he’s worked for more than a dozen different companies in industries as diverse as financial services, commercial real estate, hospitality and aerospace.
While residing in southern California for ten years, John worked with NASA’s International Space Station Program, successfully negotiating over $6 Billion in major subcontracts with Lockheed, Honeywell, IBM and RCA. After relocating to Pennsylvania, he led the development of a franchised chain of seven TGI Friday’s restaurants. More recently, he worked with the Vanguard Group applying his skills in financial analysis and strategic planning to write the Vanguard corporate profitability model which is still being used by Vanguard’s corporate strategy team to advise the CEO and Board of Directors. John has extensive experience in strategic planning, financial leadership, contract negotiations and project management.
Robert Orzechowski
Bob has over forty years of increasing responsibility and varied experience in the hi-tech defense industry and health care. For the past twenty-nine years, Bob has worked in all aspects of medical practice management and consulting for a variety of private groups, primarily as Chief Operating Officer for private hematology & medical oncology practices. He has authored numerous articles and presented to audiences nationally and internationally on business, HR, and management topics. He is on the Executive Council for the National Community Oncology Dispensing Association and various professional journals’ editorial and pharmaceutical manufacturer advisory boards. He is President of his own firm, RDO Consulting, LLC.

He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the local SHRM affiliated Berks County Chapter #179 for over 33 years. For Chapter 179, he’s held all officer positions multiple times, including President twice, held several committee Chairs and leads the Chapter’s professional certification study groups. He is also a subject matter expert for the SHRM Learning System. Bob was an Adjunct Instructor at local colleges for over 20 years, teaching business, management and HR college credit courses. He produces and hosts a live 1 hour cable television show covering HR and business management topics.

He is a decorated combat veteran, having served three tours of duty in Vietnam with the U.S. Marine Corps as a machine gunner and infantry squad leader. Upon his Honorable discharge, he received his BS degree from The Pennsylvania State University, and his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He also earned a Paralegal certificate, and is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
Jeffrey A. Franklin, Esquire

Jeffrey A. Franklin has more than 25 years of experience, primarily in business law including electric, gas, telecommunication, alternative energy, transportation and water matters. He also has extensive experience in technology, Internet, computer law and cybersecurity issues.
He is past President of the Berks County Bar Association and Chair of the Technology Committee. He has served on the PBA House of Delegates and as Vice Chair of the Cybersecurity Committee, and as an officer of various ABA committees.
Jeff advises clients regarding compliance with regulatory requirements and the successful implementation of business strategies. Jeff has successfully conducted administrative adjudications, civil cases and appeals before various courts and administrative agencies.
Jeff counsels clients and lawyers on how to protect confidential information and cybersecurity. He writes and publishes extensively regarding leveraging technology to efficiently and effectively achieve business goals. He is the principal technology consultant with BrightLine Tech Solutions, LLC.
Prior to joining Prince Law Offices, P.C., Jeff was counsel with an Am Law 100 firm, and a partner and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of a Central Pennsylvania-based law firm.
Jeff’s practice areas include Prince Law Offices’ Energy, Utilities, and Communications, Cybersecurity & Privacy practice groups as well as its Business, Intellectual Property, Real Estate including Zoning, Land Use, and Condemnation, and Firearms consulting practice groups.
Jeff holds a B.A. from Bucknell University and a J.D. from University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Journal of Law and Commerce. He attended special programs at the London School of Economics and at The American University. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of PA and several courts in the Commonwealth of PA.
Chuck Holder
Chuck is a lifelong entrepreneur, relationship builder, and business and community activist.
From an early age, he believed his best opportunity to live life on his terms was to be self-employed and so over the years he has started numerous businesses and engaged in several partnerships in a varying range of service-related industries.
He credits the experiences of navigating the processes of these initiatives from concept to creation as the foundation for his strategic consulting business. In addition, he stresses how invaluable the relationships and experiences he shared with regional, national and international business leaders were when he owned several transportation service.
He is always searching for business professionals who “do the right things for the right reasons” to add to his preferred spheres of influence because he is a firm believer that we will only be as successful as the people with whom we surround ourselves.
As a founding member of Entrepreneurs’ Connection, a successful and expanding business organization, Chuck is dedicated to helping members improve who they are and what they do while advocating for community development. He also is a Certified Solution Provider with Constant Contact.
He sits on several boards of directors and advisory boards and is a member of and chairs committees in several other business organizations.
Chuck has sponsored an American Legion baseball team in the Berks County American Legion Senior baseball league and served as Council President of Nativity Lutheran Church in Reading

Daren Anders
Daren Anders joined Valander Cybersecurity in 2020 to assist in the development of curriculum for the company’s Alvernia University certification courses, as well as working with Valander’s founder and CEO – Eric Robuck – on the company’s commercial information security initiatives.
Mr. Anders came to Valander after receiving his master’s degree in Cybersecurity Strategy and Information Management from George Washington University. He is currently studying for the SANS Institute’s GIAC (Global Information Assurance Certification) Security Essentials certification.
Professionally, Mr. Anders has been a police officer in Berks County, Pennsylvania for over two decades – with well over half his time served in criminal investigations. As such, he is responsible for commanding investigations for assigned major crimes including homicide, violent crimes, high-value fraud and theft – almost all of which have a nexus to diverse digital and communication technologies.
These experiences in law enforcement led to Mr. Anders’s interest in the field of information security; predicated largely on the global trend of criminal investigations migrating to the dynamic and challenging arena of cyberspace.
Mr. Anders, who was born and raised in Reading, PA, also holds a bachelor’s degree in Justice from American University and is a graduate of Antietam High School.
